Ivy: Tracking Sales and Customers
Just discovered that the “Red Book” - a log book of sales and the customers involved - is very difficult to read and analyze manually. It takes about 30 minutes to thumb through all the data and come up with a reasonable conclusion about a specific issue in question (like who is the customer with the most volume bought).
A simple database solution will be able to solve this problem. I’m going to create a test model using Bento, and a more robust one, if needed, on FileMaker.
